3rd Vienna International Seminar

This Seminar continues the very successful series of the international Vienna Seminars on Aluminium technology in HVACR and relates Industries of years 2006 and 2007.

Why to have Seminars ?

 
The Automobile Industry developed all technology required and utilizes it since a quarter of a century but the Aluminium technology was never applied successfully in HVACR-Industry. This is mainly due to the lack of knowledge of the different material Aluminium. Too many amateurish attempts like replacing round copper tubes against round Aluminium tubes and flame brazing of heat exchangers with a simple torch failed repeatedly. The Seminars presented the CAB process and the different approaches to an existing but for HVACR new Technology. The Seminars emphasize the methods how about two dozen or more corporate succeeded and make windfall profit.

All Aluminium Technology is available

but it is still not easy to decide for the beginners in HVACR.

“2006 Vienna International Seminar”

was dedicated to the unit operations for production of Aluminium Heat exchangers, emphasizing the CAB process, the material and joining operations.

“2007 Vienna International Seminar”

presented lectures on the transition from copper Coils to Aluminium flat tube heat exchangers, emphasizing on the calculation of dimensioning and presenting successful companies producing equipment for already existing Aluminium utilizing companies.

“2008 Vienna International Seminar”  

based on the predecessors will emphasize on the design of the "The Aluminium heat exchanger Factory". This because in the mean time almost all copper coil producers realized that the dawn of Aluminium in HVACR happened during the last two years. The Seminar will tackle the batch size problem and all financial aspects in relation to technology.A practical guidance to Aluminium Technology with methods for specifics in lay-out and estimation of investment.  Of course, as required by the members of IAATARI, some sections of Seminars before shall repeat with its newest developments. This in order to educate the staff, but also to get consulting from the lecturing specialists.
